The Role
You'll make outbound calls and emails to B2B prospects, pitch our website and CRM solutions, book demos, and close deals. This is a work-from-home role open to both part-time and full-time candidates — tell us your preference when you apply.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and cold-call/email potential B2B clients
- Follow up consistently with warm and existing leads
- Clearly explain the value of Zyon's websites, CRM, and digital tools
- Negotiate terms and close sales
- Keep CRM and pipeline records accurate and up to date
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets
Compensation — Uncapped Earning Potential
This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses:

What We're Looking For
- Prior sales or cold-calling experience preferred, not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Thick skin — comfortable handling rejection and staying persistent
- Reliable internet and phone setup
- Laptop required
