Hwaro Korean BBQ is a new upscale Korean BBQ restaurant scheduled to open in August, 2026.
We are building a team of passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences. Our goal is to introduce a modern and premium Korean dining experience while delivering warm, attentive service to every guest.
As an opening team member, you will have the opportunity to grow with the restaurant from day one and contribute to establishing the service standards and culture of our brand.
Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Servers to join our opening team.
The Server will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing attentive service, guiding guests through our menu, and delivering professional hospitality throughout their dining experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys connecting with guests, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in providing high-quality service in a premium dining environment.
Requirements
- Strong & Fluent English communication skills (required)
- Ability to communicate comfortably with guests and provide menu explanations
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Opening Date
