Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our window cleaning services door-to-door, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth. This position includes a base salary + commission.
Responsibilities
- Knock on doors to introduce and sell our services directly to potential customers
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to secure new customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Qualifications
- Fluency in English is required
- Proven experience in door to door sales or similar
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with inside sales processes and strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous
