The Inclusion Facilitator will work as the Child Care Centre's mentor and part of the team to support and include children with identified needs to successfully participate in St. Martha Child Care Centre's early years child care setting.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, commencing September 2, 2026.
Mandatory Credentials:
*Past experience assuming the supervisory role of Team Lead and mentor
*Previous experience facilitating inclusion of children birth to 12 years of age with additional support needs.
*Past experience supporting families of children with special needs and associate agencies
* Degree in Child and Youth Work Care
*RECE in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
*A member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
*Standard First Aid & CPR (or proof of registration into a WSIB/Ontario approved course); Vulnerable Sector CPIC; Immunization Record (DPT, MMR, Polio); Reliable transportation; Valid Work permit if applicable.
