Position: Precast Concrete Production Labourer Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of precast concrete products.
- Prepare, clean, and set up concrete forms and molds.
- Place reinforcing steel and other components as required.
- Pour, finish, and strip concrete products.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
