We are seeking a full-time, permanent Project Coordinator with experience in commercial and residential construction to support our team from pre-construction through project close-out. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Junior Project Manager role.
Duties
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and change orders
- Maintain organized project documentation and logs
- Coordinate between PMs, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and sequencing
- Support budget tracking, invoices, and change orders
- Perform take-offs and assist with estimating and tendering
- Coordinate procurement and material deliveries
- Track deficiencies and assist with close-out documentation
- Support safety documentation and compliance
Qualifications and Skills
- ·3–7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Experience in project coordination and administration
- Estimating or take-off experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and workflows
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/MS Project), and NetSuite
Education
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred, and not mandatory)
- Safety training
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range $65,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience
- Personal days up to 10 per year and accrued per pay period
- Health Insurance benefit plan 50-50 cost shared with company
- Registered Pension Plan with company matched contributions up to 5.50%
