We are a busy Physiotherapy / Rehab facility looking for an office assistant and receptionist. The position is part time with significant increase in hours in early 2021. The successful candidate will be involved in both patient relations, office management and billing duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling all aspects of the new patient registration process, scheduling appointments, Communication with patients, referral sources, insurance companies, WSIB, maintaining a clean office environment as well as office promotion. Experience in billing procedures (MVA / WSIB /Health Insurance) and use of / familiarity with Practice Perfect software is an asset but not necessary!

To keep our staff and clients safe we have a daily screening for all individuals entering the premises, strict disinfection and cleaning protocols, PPE and full plexiglass barrier at the front desk.
