Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Identify opportunities for upselling and promote additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
