Job Title: Large Format Digital Print & CNC Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, printers, and other equipment to produce high-quality parts and products according to specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines, printers, and other production equipment to manufacture parts and products as per design specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and illustrator files to ensure accurate production.
- Set up CNC machines and printers by installing tools, fixtures, and materials according to job requirements.
- File to print experience on PC/MAC platforms, and RIP.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines, printers, and related equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines or print jobs to minimize downtime and waste.
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and records of machine operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Willingness to be a cross-functional employee that can work with multiple teams within the organization.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in CNC operation or printing is preferred.
- Experience as a CNC operator, printer, or in a similar production role.
- High proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and illustrator files.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding with CNC programming, G-code, and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production methods.
- Willing to work overtime.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move materials up to 60 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand, bend, and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
