Employment Responsibilities

Must be able to do things like:
Maintenance and management of all client claims, company files and data support systems;
Completion of provincial employer reports of injury (Training provided)
Provide exceptional customer service to Clients, Provincial Workers’ Compensation Boards, Service Providers;
Set up and cataloguing of client files;
File distribution and maintenance of company software / spreadsheets;
Mail organization and distribution;
Contact with external service providers (answering telephones).
Additional duties as assigned include; special customer based projects, day-to-day office operational tasks/projects and organize special company events etc.

This is a permanent full time position. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Minimum of Grade 12;
Skilled in Microsoft Office computer applications;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Good analytical and mathematical skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Tactful approach and confidentiality is essential.

Additional Assets:
Education in an administrative field is preferred;
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
