We are looking for an experienced Part Time Receptionist to join our team!

Do you take great pride in your work and have a TEAM first attitude? Are you customer service orientated with excellent communication skills?

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • take and relay messages
  • provide information to callers
  • greet guests entering organization
  • direct guests to correct destination
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • provide general administrative and clerical support
  • prepare correspondence and documents
  • control inventory relevant to reception area
  • tidy and maintain the reception area

Experience and Requirements:

  • high school diploma
  • knowledge of a multi-line phone system
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • good working knowledge of computers
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • keyboarding skills
  • ability to work a switchboard
  • accounting experience considered asset
  • verbal and written communication skills
  • professional personal presentation
  • customer service orientation
  • organization and planning
  • extreme attention to detail
  • reliable
  • efficient multitasking skills
  • can do attitude
  • flexible schedule and availability to work Saturday
