· Wash, clean, slice, portion or trim food items using manual and electric appliances.
· Wash work tables, cupboards, appliances, baking pans and baking trays.
· Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas.
· Use various kitchen equipment to prepare different menu items.
· Assemble, wrap and package prepared food.
· Keep track of quantities of food used.
· Sweep and mop floors.
Accompany delivery driver to deliver prepared food to designated locations.
· Remove trash and clean garbage containers.
· Perform other duties to assist chef, cook and kitchen staff.
Will be required to pass a criminal records check and vulnerable sector check
