New Holland equipment dealership looking for equipment service technician to work in the shop and on the road.

Job Description
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
- Disassemble and reassemble machines, engines, transmissions and other equipment
- Examine equipment and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets specifications, make adjustments as necessary
- Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment
- Attach components and adjust new farm equipment
- Perform Service calls to customers farm / location.
Qualifications
- A combination of experience/education, some high school, college or industry courses in heavy equipment/agricultural repair
- Licensed 425A with min 5 years of experience
- Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Troubleshooting ability to determine causes of operating errors and deciding on action needed
- Quality Control ability to conduct tests and inspections of equipment or processes to evaluate performance
- Good communication and customer service skills, ability to work as a team with strong interaction
- Must show willingness, enthusiasm, cooperation and dedication to achieve success with our organization
- Must have valid G license
Responsibilities and Duties
Specific Expectations for individual
- Able to diagnose equipment in the field with no supervision by use of diagnostic tools / EST and New Holland service information.
- Able to look up and order parts via New Holland Dealer portal and call or email parts lists to parts department for ordering.
- Able to Organize Service calls/ Work load efficiently – including tracking labour time for repairs
- Able to find new repair / service opportunities when at customers farm / location.
- Must keep Service Vehicle Maintained, Clean and organized.
- Able to maintain / suggest parts inventory on Service Truck as needed.
- Be available for On Call Service During busy season usually but not limited to, May – September
- Available to Travel to New Holland Manufacturers Training as required
- Complete Web Based Training online and Manufactures training as required by New Holland to achieve and maintain Level 3 Master Certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
