Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food
- Assist with meal preparation and assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
