Overview Our client is seeking an
IT Implementation Manager to support the Corporate Services division. Reporting to the
Director, Architecture & IT Implementation, this role is accountable for
end-to-end delivery and release readiness of technology initiatives—ensuring solutions are delivered
on time, on budget, and to defined quality standards, while enabling strong operational readiness and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, translating business priorities into successful execution and release outcomes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and delivery partners across design, build, testing, deployment, and operational handoff.

Own delivery governance including scope, risks/issues, change control, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.

Lead the QA strategy and execution to ensure testing meets enterprise standards (functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security).

Drive test automation and CI/CD quality practices (shift-left testing, automation, quality gates, continuous improvement).

Ensure successful releases and operational readiness through release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, knowledge transfer, operations handoff, and post-implementation reviews.
What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Delivery Experience: 5–8+ years delivering IT solutions (applications, data, platforms, integrations).

Quality Experience: 3–5+ years in QA / test leadership (test strategy, test management, test automation).

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, and change/release management.

Hands-on experience with modern QA methods: functional/regression/integration/UAT/performance/security testing, automation, shift-left, and CI/CD quality gates.
