We are currently seeking a responsible, professional hospitality leader to join our team as a Night Manager at our Kamloops location.
This position is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Night Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing evening operations and ensuring every shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and supervising evening restaurant operations
- Supporting and coaching front-of-house team members
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences and resolving concerns professionally
- Maintaining service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- Managing labour, sales performance, and shift profitability
- Ensuring proper cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining health, safety, liquor, and company standards
- Creating a positive, productive, and accountable team environment
