Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across multiple channels. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and content that effectively engage our target audience.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. Lead the sales team in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Manage the sales pipeline and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, and product/service expansion. Develop strategies to increase market share and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use insights to refine marketing, sales, and business development strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing, sales, and business development teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives results and innovation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing, sales, and business development activities, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and expenses are kept within budget.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on marketing, sales, and business development performance, including key metrics, campaign results, and revenue targets. Use data to drive informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment of strategies and successful execution of initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing, sales, and business development techniques and technologies. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, strategies, and outcomes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or related field
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
