Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Maintain sanitation of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance as needed to support ongoing operations
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic maintenance procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills and reliability in completing assigned duties efficiently
Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour
