About KPLEX
KPLEX is a Toronto-based real estate development company focused on multiplex residential development, leveraging the EHON policy framework and CMHC financing programs. We operate in one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic segments of Toronto's housing market.
Our current pipeline includes more than 20 active development projects, representing approximately $60 million in construction value and $150 million in completed assets under management.
Our mission is to build a scalable, high-quality development platform for multiplex housing across Toronto. We are assembling a lean, high-performance team and are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting function and help build the financial infrastructure that supports our growth.
Position Overview
The Junior Accountant will support the accounting and financial operations of KPLEX's growing portfolio of real estate development projects, rental properties, and corporate entities.
You will work closely with senior management and gain exposure to full-cycle accounting, project accounting, development costs, HST, corporate tax, financing, lender reporting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
You do not need to have experience in all of these areas. We will provide training and mentorship. We are looking for someone with approximately 2–3 years of accounting experience after completing their undergraduate degree who has a strong foundation in accounting and is eager to learn and grow.
