Responsibilities
- Supervise candidates during exams, ensuring they adhere to all rules and regulations
- Distribute exam papers and materials accurately and efficiently before each session
- Monitor examination rooms to prevent misconduct or cheating, maintaining a calm and focused environment
- Provide clear instructions to candidates regarding exam procedures and timings
- Assist with candidate registration, check-in, and seating arrangements as needed
- Record attendance, start and end times, and any incidents that occur during exams
- Ensure exam venues are secure, tidy, and ready for each session by conducting pre- and post-exam checks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supervising or supporting examinations or similar settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey instructions and address candidate questions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints
- Ability to remain vigilant, impartial, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in teaching or customer service roles is advantageous but not essential
- Demonstrated reliability with punctuality and attention to detail
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures related to exam environments is a plus
