We are hiring Production Associates for our steel processing operations.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a steel processing facility

Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of Steel processes, equipment, and materials.
- Experience running a Cut-to-Length line, shear or Overhead crane is an asset
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Dependable, team-oriented, positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 60 lbs.), stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements include enhanced visibility work uniforms, eye protection, hearing protection, and foot protection.
- Operation of various machinery and equipment, including hand tools, overhead cranes, forklifts, heavy machinery, welding, and cutting equipment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day or for extended periods to cover shift needs.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Rotation, Straight Afternoons and Straight Night shifts available
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
