Working closely with the General Manager and ownership, this role plays a key part in delivering seamless, memorable guest experiences while helping lead a service team that reflects the same creativity, precision, and excellence found on every plate.

Job Description
The Front of House Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager and supports daily restaurant operations while leading the service team by example. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active participation on the floor. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Manager is expected to support service as needed by running food, serving tables, and providing barista support to ensure smooth, high-level service at all times.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional ready to step into leadership within a refined, fast-paced dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain service standards consistent with a fine dining environment
Hands-On Service Support
- Actively support service by running food and assisting servers during service
- Step in to serve tables during peak periods or staffing gaps
- Provide barista support when required to maintain service flow
- Maintain a visible, engaged presence on the floor throughout service
Leadership & Team Support
- Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating front of house staff
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and floor supervision
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities and specials
- Foster positive working relationships across all departments
Operations & Floor Management
- Oversee daily front of house operations during service
- Coordinate seating, reservations, and table flow
- Monitor service pacing and guest satisfaction
- Support opening and closing procedures
Standards, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and service standards
- Protect company assets and uphold confidentiality
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of front of house experience in a fast-paced, high-volume or fine dining restaurant
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
