We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, lotions, and other beauty products to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions
- Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients during their appointments
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell retail products tactfully
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work comfortably
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations
