Our new Gravenhurst showroom is positioned to become the go-to trade resource for the Muskoka region.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a self-motivated sales representative to build and manage trade relationships on our behalf across Muskoka and the surrounding area. Your focus will be connecting H.O.M.E with builders, general contractors, restoration companies, and other trades who could benefit from our products and services as a reliable, local supply and design partner.
This is a commission-only role built for someone who already has roots in the local trades community and knows how to have productive conversations with people who are busy and direct. You earn 10% on every sale you bring in, with no cap on your earnings.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Prospecting and outreach to builders, contractors, and restoration companies in the Muskoka region
- Representing HOME's products and services in conversations with trade partners and project leads
- Bringing qualified leads and referrals into our Gravenhurst showroom
- Nurturing ongoing relationships to create consistent, repeat business with the right trade partners
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Established connections in the Muskoka trades community. You know the builders and contractors in this area
- Comfortable working autonomously and holding yourself accountable to results
- A straightforward, relationship-first approach to sales. No scripts, just honest conversations
- Background in renovation, construction, supply, or interior design is a strong asset
