Job Summary
MedPro Respiratory Care is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic customer service professional with administrative experience to join our team, serving patients using home oxygen. Experience in the medical field is an asset, but not mandatory. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patient, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing patient and customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others.
Duties
- Respond to patient and customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Utilize software tools to track interactions, schedule appointments and manage customer accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist clients.
- Participate in project management initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
- Support account management activities by ensuring customer accounts are accurately maintained.
MOA experience is an asset. Individuals interested in this position must be highly motivated, have good analytical skills and be able to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can effectively analyze problems, think logically and take decisive action to problem solve while performing daily duties. MedPro is a great fast placed place to work, with a 37.5 hour work week. We offer health and RRSP benefits after a probationary period.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 years' experience in care coordination, medical office administration or relevant client service experience.
