Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based behavior modification techniques aligned with individual treatment goals
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards
- Educate families on behavior management techniques, progress updates, and strategies for generalization of skills
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings
- Background in special education or related fields is highly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health is advantageous
- Experience utilizing electronic medical records systems for documentation and data collection
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform treatment decisions
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $100.00-$120.00 per hour
