We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position,
in our Winnipeg office, as a:
PRODUCE PACKING/GRADING WORKER

We have an immediate opening for a full-time PRODUCE PACKING/GRADING WORKER.
Responsibilities:
· Working with the giro machine to package produce, ensuring that 100% accuracy and quality goals are met.
· Providing directions to staff while packing on the line.
· Maintaining organized space during production – collecting produce, disposing of trash, moving boxes and pallets.
· Completing all individual and team work while staying on pace during the day and finishing on time.
· Move product boxes on rollers
· Sorting fresh produce
· Labelling boxes and pallets
· Other projects and responsibilities that may arise, as required.
· Shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Sunday shift required, split days off.
Qualifications:
· Must be able to push and pull 20-30 lbs
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
· Past fresh produce and/or production line experience an asset
· Must be a team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive & professional attitude.
· Must demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised and meet key deadlines.
· Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
· Must possess good time management skills.
· Be highly organized; knowledgeable and follow the company’s policies and procedures
