Join Our Warehouse Team as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate Hybrid
This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and customer interaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily branch operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment while delivering excellent customer service.

What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Pick, stage, and verify orders for customer pickups and job-site deliveries
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries, orders, and support
- Process sales transactions, special orders, returns, and credits in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock monitoring
- Communicate low stock or shortages to purchasing and customer service teams
- Keep warehouse, yard, and showroom areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Ensure product displays, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate and well-maintained
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational protocols
- Support other departments and tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager
What we’re looking for:
- Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
- Forklift experience required
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English
