We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Labourer/Driver to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. This role is primarily a labourer position with driving duties as required to support operations (including occasional deliveries with our 18-foot Hino box truck). You’re a great fit if you have:
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and performing manual labour duties (with safe lifting practices)
- Experience with lift gates, pallet jacks, and 2-wheel dollies
- Willingness and ability to handle mattress deliveries, including moving mattresses into customer residences
- Valid Ontario Class G license with a clean driving abstract
- 3+ years of proven commercial vehicle driving experience (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation – professional, courteous, and solution-focused
- Clean criminal background check
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labour duties in our warehouse and production areas
- Load and unload trucks, handle materials, and assist with foam product fabrication and preparation
- Fill in as a driver when needed for local deliveries using the 18-foot Hino box truck in the GTA and surrounding areas
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Follow all safety protocols and best practices
