Willow Point Dental , Campbell River, BC is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring a positive experience and promoting oral health. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with access to advanced dental technology and support staff
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical skills and diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Use digital imaging, CAD/CAM technology, and other advanced dental equipment to enhance treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health
- Work alongside hygienists, assistants, and front desk legends to keep the clinic running at full speed
- Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and continuing education requirements to provide the highest standard of care.
Skills
- DDS/DMD or equivalent from an accredited program
- Licensed or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients of all ages
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment both independently and as part of a team

- Competitive pay starting at 40% of collections (based on experience)

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per month
