As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence and drive growth through various channels.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both sales and marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on growing our online presence and driving revenue. This role will guide the marketing team while also supporting sales strategy, lead generation, and client acquisition across promotional products and apparel decoration services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across promotional products and apparel decoration services
- Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support key account growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients
- Support pricing, proposals, and client presentations
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Improve online presence across website, social media, and digital platforms
- Drive lead generation through SEO, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media
- Oversee content creation, including product promotions, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure strong execution
- Work closely with operations and production teams to align marketing with capabilities (including apparel decoration services)
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing tools as needed
Analytics & Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive growth
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in promotional products, apparel, or related industries
- Strong experience in marketing and lead generation
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition
- Experience managing or guiding a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is required

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
