The Sales Assistant supports the Sales & Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals while delivering a seamless and welcoming move-in experience. This role plays a key part in managing prospect data, coordinating move-in documentation and ensuring each new resident’s transition to Sunrise is smooth, organized and aligned with our shared values. What You’ll Do: • Maintain and update the CRM lead tracking system with accurate prospect information • Support sales goals by coordinating appointments, follow-up and required reports • Prepare resident administrative files in compliance with Sunrise and state requirements • Manage the move-in process, including paperwork, assessments and agreement signing • Conduct resident orientation and review Welcome Packet on move-in day • Coordinate suite readiness with Maintenance • Communicate with families, physicians and internal teams to ensure all documentation is complete • Facilitate Founders Club benefits (as applicable) • Maintain confidentiality and follow OSHA and safety standards Sales Assistant – Support Occupancy Growth and Deliver a Seamless Move-In Experience Sales Assistant | Sales Support | Customer Service | CRM | Senior Living | Administrative Support
