Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Kitchen Designer / Sales Consultant to join our Montreal showroom team.As a Sales Consultant, you will assist clients in designing and purchasing custom kitchens, guiding them through layout, product, and material selection based on their needs and budget. You will prepare designs, quotations, and contracts, and provide a smooth and professional customer experience from initial consultation to final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in designing and purchasing custom kitchens
- Guide customers in selecting materials, layouts, and products
- Prepare designs, quotations, and contracts
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Coordinate with production, installers, and contractors
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (required)
- Sales experience preferred (cabinetry/kitchen industry is a plus)
- Basic design software knowledge (2020 or similar is an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
