Position Summary
Reporting to the Manager, the Attendant welcomes and guides customers, keeps the facility running smoothly and organized, processes payments, and delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a physically active, outdoor, hands-on role suited to dependable team players who take pride in a job well done.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers
- Guide cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and positive attitude
- Perform ongoing checks throughout the facility
- Maintain upkeep of the wash and ensure organization
- Process payments
- Maintain reception standards
- General duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- Ready for a physically demanding position
- Sales experience
- Must be available to work daytime hours — full time
- Good mechanical aptitude a plus
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Highly flexible with the ability to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a fast-paced team setting
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Winning Edge – Workplace Training Program Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity through the Winning Edge Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
- Must be unemployed at the time of intake.
- Ready, willing, and able to work full-time (up to 40 hours/week).
- Not a current student or enrolled in any program or school.
