We specialize in curated designer formalwear, elevated casualwear, and accessories for newborn to size 16, with a strong focus on styling and client relationships.
This is not volume retail — this is consultative selling and personal styling.

The Role
As a Fashion Sales Associate, you will deliver an elevated client experience while contributing to sales performance and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Styling
- Provide personalized, consultative styling
- Build complete outfits and recommend add-ons
- Develop strong, lasting client relationships
Sales & Performance
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Drive average transaction value and units per sale
- Stay informed on product knowledge, fit, and trends
Store Presentation
- Maintain a polished, boutique-level environment
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards
Operations
- Assist with inventory accuracy and receiving
- Support daily store processes and organization
Supervisor Responsibilities (when applicable):
- Lead the sales floor during key hours or in management’s absence
- Coach team members to improve performance
- Support scheduling, task delegation, and execution
- Ensure a consistent, high-level client experience
- Assist in purchasing.
