The Hunny Pot Cannabis Co. is seeking a reliable, customer-service-oriented Delivery Driver to join our Toronto team.
Main Location: 198 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 1Z2
This is a part-time casual position, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends, is required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and professionally throughout Toronto, the GTA, and surrounding areas.
- Verify customer identification, order details, and payment information as required.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery.
- Communicate with the store and Customer Service team regarding deliveries and any issues that arise.
- Follow all company policies, cannabis regulations, and delivery procedures.
- Pick up orders from other Toronto store locations as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Appropriate insurance coverage for delivery use
- Clean driver's abstract
- Criminal background check clearance
- Valid CannSell certification
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Retail experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
