Duties
- Perform professional brow threading, waxing, tinting, and grooming to achieve personalized, natural or bold looks.
- Apply makeup for various occasions, including everyday wear, special events, or photo shoots, ensuring a tailored approach for each guest.
- Provide eyelash extension services that enhance length and volume, creating captivating eye expressions.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client needs and offering expert recommendations on beauty treatments and products.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate guests about makeup and skincare lines, encouraging product use and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitation protocols for all tools and products.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting beauty products, offering personalized advice, and upselling to enhance the guest experience.
- Engage in front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, managing client flow, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in makeup application, brow shaping, waxing, eyelash extensions, or related beauty services is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon or spa setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and product benefits to guests.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos is a plus.
