Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $65-$70
Signing Bonus: $10,000 (1-year commitment) or $20,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
About the Position:
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our expanding pharmacy team in Pembroke, Ontario. This role provides an excellent opportunity to have a positive impact in a community with significant healthcare needs, within a collaborative, team-oriented setting that emphasizes patient-focused care.
Pharmacy Details:
Our team includes 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, processing 200–300 prescriptions daily. We benefit from strong support staff and efficient systems that facilitate smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
MedsCheck Services
Minor Ailments Prescribing
Travel Health Consultations
Blister Packaging
Immunizations & Vaccinations
Primary Duties:
Deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care and thorough patient education
Provide clinical services such as OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure effective daily operations
Adhere to provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
Foster a warm, patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Ontario
Strong communication and patient interaction abilities
Prior experience with OAT and clinical services is an asset
