Hospitality Management Opportunities – United States (TN Visa for Canadian Citizens)
Job Summary
American Journey (AJ1) is recruiting experienced Canadian hospitality professionals for management opportunities with respected hotels, resorts, luxury properties, country clubs, and hospitality brands across the United States.
We are seeking qualified candidates for roles including:
- Front Office Manager
- Food & Beverage Manager
- Culinary Management
This opportunity is part of the TN Visa Program, which allows eligible Canadian citizens to work in the United States in leadership roles such as supervisor, manager, and director positions for 1 to 4 years.
Qualified candidates may be eligible to work in the United States under the TN Professional Visa.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on placement and may include:
- Managing front office, food & beverage, or culinary operations
- Supervising and training hospitality staff
- Overseeing daily hotel or resort operations
- Ensuring high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
- Handling guest concerns and supporting service excellence
- Coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations
- Supporting basic reporting, staffing, and cost control as required
Qualifications
Eligibility Requirements:
- MUST be a CANADIAN CITIZEN with a valid passport
- Must be eligible for the TN Visa Program
Education Requirements (must meet one of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related field + at least 1 year supervisory/managerial experience
- OR
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate (minimum 2-year program) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related field + at least 3 years supervisory/managerial experience
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in hospitality operations
- Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or related hospitality environments
- Proven supervisory or management-level experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English communication skills
