As a Post-Purchase Strategist, you will be responsible for building the strategy, analyzing & reporting on the results, and optimizing the strategy for post-purchase upsell funnels, primarily utilizing platforms like Aftersell. You will own the strategic direction of each client’s post-purchase experience, including offer selection, offer sequencing, pricing and incentives, positioning, copy, creative direction, segmentation, and the testing roadmap.
You are the last line of communication between our team and our clients. You give the final go-ahead on strategy, copy and design, and correspond with clients to ensure highly relevant and effective post-purchase offers. You will work closely with a copywriter, a designer and a Post-Purchase Implementation Specialist. While you don’t need to ‘be’ a copywriter, designer or implementation specialist, you need to be proficient with all three disciplines and able to spot ‘great’ from ‘good’ from ‘bad’. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for building and setting up the funnels; you are responsible for deciding what should be built, why it should be tested, and how success will be measured.
