Responsibilities
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas
- Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty enhancements through upselling techniques
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results
- Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is required
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Certification in eyelash extensions is MANDATORY
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality service
