Overview
We are seeking an organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic knowledge office software.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into office databases
- Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Follow proper phone etiquette and professional communication standards at all times
Expected Working days: 3-4 days per week (include 1-2 weekend, 2-3 weekdays). Working date works at North Vancouver Store 9:30am-3pm (English Only). Sunday Works at Burnaby Store 9:30am-10pm (BBY store need Chinese speaker)

Qualifications
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and customer support capabilities
- Fluent English
Expected Working Hours:
North Van Store:Mon, Tue, Wed, Thursday and Fri 9:30AM-3 PM ( 3 days up to your choice)
Burnaby Store: Sun 9:30PM - 10:00 PM
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
