Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and enjoyable work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
- Possession of ProServe certification or willingness to obtain it before starting employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
