Dental Administrator – Multi-Location Practice
We are growing and we are seeking an experienced Dental Administrator to join our growing team and support our established dental practices located within 20-30 minutes of each other in the Niagara region.
This role is ideal for a confident dental administrator who enjoys both patient interaction, the operational side of practice performance and is looking for a position that gives variety. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping our offices maintain strong schedules, excellent patient communication, and organized financial systems.
The position involves working between locations on a rotating schedule depending on workload and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable including insurance follow-ups and outstanding balances
- Oversee and optimize provider schedules to support practice productivity and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to help maintain a strong and well-balanced schedule
- Assist with treatment scheduling and patient financial coordination
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, insurance, and outstanding balances
- Support front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and patient communication
- Contribute to the overall operational goals of the practice
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office
- Strong understanding of insurance processing and Accounts Receivable
- Experience managing doctor and hygiene schedules
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
