Job Responsibilities:
- Perform post-construction cleanings to ensure newly built or renovated spaces are pristine and ready for occupancy
- Execute move in/out cleanings with attention to detail, leaving spaces spotless for new tenants or homeowners
- Conduct thorough tile cleaning to restore surfaces to their original shine
- Utilize steam/carpet cleaning equipment to remove dirt and grime from various surfaces effectively
- Provide janitorial cleaning services to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial and residential spaces
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
