Position description
Reporting to the Store Manager, the position Key Holder is responsible for assisting the store manager in his tasks, such as: administrative management of the store, sales objectives, customer service, visual merchandising, supervision and internal training. True company ambassador, the position holder will have to welcome, advise and retain a demanding clientele.
Responsibilities
· Participate in the supervision, motivation and management of the employees;
· Maintain a high standard of customer service and an unbeatable shopping experience;
· Develop lasting relationships with customers;
· Maximize sales and profitability;
· Participate in the management of the store’s operation;
· Ensure store openings and closings;
· Apply the company’s policies and procedures;
· Apply the safety programs;
· Participate in the validation of sales report;
· Promote and complete the visual merchandising of the products;
· Ensure the regular maintenance of the store;
· Participate in the control of the inventory;
· Communicate with the administrative center;
· All other related tasks.
Qualifications
· Possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related position or equivalent;
· Be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
