Job Description:
* Set up and operation of CNC plasma table and CNC 5-axis robotic beam line.
* Loading and unloading material from equipment being operated.
* Operators will be responsible for following all safety and maintenance requirements.
* Efficiently and effectively control inventory and maintain accurate and orderly storage of products in the area of operation
* Able to cut and trim parts and materials according to specifications
Job Requirements:
* Skilled in operating and setting up CNC plasma machinery
* Punctual, reliable and trust-worthy
* Ability to work according to production schedules and deadlines
* Able to cut and trim parts and materials according to specifications
* Set up and adjust machine controls to ensure proper operation
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
* Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Have experience operating plasma table.
* Have overhead crane experience
* Ability to enter data into a computerized inventory database
* Valid class 5 drivers license
* Grade 12 education
* Beamline operation experience.
Work Hours: Monday through Thursday -6:00 am to 4:30 pm
