Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling, treatments, and other salon services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
- Upsell retail products and promote salon services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Support team members with various salon operations to ensure smooth daily functioning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or cosmetology background is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards and adhere to safety protocols
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Front desk experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
