Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Compliance Coordinator and Service Advisor to join our team. This dual-role position involves ensuring fleet compliance with industry standards and regulations while providing exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor fleet compliance to ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet vehicles
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional service and follow up calls
- Assist customers with service recommendations, upselling additional services or repairs when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of all sales and service activities
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain organized documentation related to fleet compliance, service history, and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership operations, automotive repair, or mechanic roles is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand vehicle systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while maintaining customer trust
- Experience in sales or cash handling is advantageous
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, technicians, and management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
