Commercial Service Plumber / HVAC Technician

Arpi’s Industries Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Service Plumber who is also willing to learn and assist within the HVAC trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skillset while working with a strong commercial service team in Calgary and surrounding areas.
We are a fast-growing Commercial Service Division focused on:
- Commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Commercial plumbing service
- Boilers and hydronic systems
- Rooftop units and split systems
- Preventative maintenance contracts
- Commercial retrofit and replacement projects
Position Overview
The successful candidate will primarily perform commercial plumbing service work while also assisting and training within the HVAC side of the business. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to expand their knowledge within the mechanical trades.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Service and maintain boilers, pumps, hydronic systems, and domestic water systems
- Assist HVAC technicians with rooftop units, split systems, and mechanical troubleshooting
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections
- Prepare service recommendations and small repair estimates
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with customers
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required
- Assist with commercial equipment installations and retrofit projects as needed
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber preferred
- Experience in commercial service work
- HVAC experience considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
